Condo apartment figures for TRREB C01, the largest downtown condominium district, for June 2026. The MLS Home Price Index benchmark — what a comparable apartment is worth, adjusted for the mix of what changed hands — stood at $569,000, down 6.4% against the same month a year earlier.

Turnover ran differently from value. Sales were up 11.9% year over year, new listings down 31.0%, and active listings down 32.6%. Sellers took 97.0% of asking, with sold listings sitting 37 days on market.

Those two point opposite ways this month. The benchmark is down 6.4% year over year while the average of what actually sold is up 5.3%. That gap is a change in the mix of units trading, not a change in what any one unit is worth — bigger or better apartments made up more of the month. The average describes the basket that happened to sell; the benchmark holds the unit constant, which is why it is the one to use when asking what a specific apartment is worth.

Headline TRREB numbers for June 2026 cover all home types and are driven largely by the low-rise market. The figures here are condominium apartments only, because that is the market these pages are about. Every number reads from the 24 monthly releases ingested into this site; none is typed by hand.

05 Get in touch

Tell us the number you can put down, and when.

That one answer decides most of the rest — which releases you can act on, whether a 20 per cent extended schedule is workable, and whether an assignment with deposits already paid is the cheaper way in.

If you already hold a contract and are thinking about selling it, send the project name and your firm date. We will tell you what your agreement permits before quoting a price.
